A RITUAL FEAST OF RAWA PENING

GRATEFUL TO ALMIGHTY GOD FOR FREEDOM, TO SECURE ITS BLESSINGS AND PROMOTE OUR COMMON WELFARE, PEOPLE  OF KEBONDOWO, BANYUBIRU, IN THE REGENCY OF SEMARANG CONDUCT A RITUAL FEAST OF RAWA PENING TO PROVIDE COMPASSION FOR THEIR ENVIRONMENT, WHERE THEY EARN MONEY.

 After a long time, people around Rawa Pening, exactly at Bukit Cinta region, Kebondowo, Banyu Biru district, in the Regency of Semarang, have relied mostly, upon this lake to earn the money, and now it's their turn to praise, and grateful to god for life, and prosperity,

A procession with seventeen cones of steamed rice from the Demang house, and seven holy spring water, in the regency of Semarang, also aims to extend, a respectful greeting to god who promotes their common welfare.

Before, the cones of steamed rice and a variety of side dishes and fruits, flows into the lake, the holy spring water will splash into the holy offerings, while they’re praise while praise is offered for who god is, and singing the song of the lake.

Using fisherman's boat, the great cones of steamed rice and sixteen others will then flow into the lake, accompanied by the people who people who are willing to reap incredible rewards.
